Documentation: Travel documentation appropriate for entry to your itinerary destinations, such as passports, visas, and inoculation certificates, remain each traveler’s responsibility. It is each traveler’s responsibility to ensure they have proper immunizations before travel - please consult your health provider for advice. 

Bumble Bee Travel will provide guidance on required documentation, but traveler's who do not meet advised requirements may be denied boarding. Valid passports are required for all international destinations. If a passport is required to travel, the expiration date must be at least six (6) months following the return date of the planned travel. Each foreign country holds different views on past criminal offense - if you have a current or past offense, please contact that country directly for entry and exit requirements. Travellers with DWI or DUI records should check whether current rules exclude admission to foreign destinations. Bumble Bee Travel considers it an invasion of privacy for members of our staff to make such an inquiry, and these requirements remain the traveler’s responsibility. 

Pricing: Price quotes are applicable to the date and time at which they are requested. Quotes in foreign currency are subject to fluctuations in exchange rates and international credit card issuer fees. Bumble Bee Travel is not responsible for any increases due to fuel surcharges, government-imposed taxes/fees, or supplier-imposed increases. Please note that per our supplier contracts, we cannot offer a breakdown of pricing.

Bumble Bee Travel possesses the capability to procure a wide range of travel inventory, including accommodations, flights, and cruises, at competitive rates. Our commitment is to offer these services to our clients at rates that align with prevailing market standards.

Check-in & Departure Responsibilities: It is strongly recommended that you check in a minimum of 2 hours prior to scheduled departure for domestic flights and 3 hours prior to scheduled departure for international flights.* It is the traveler’s responsibility to reconfirm flight times at least 24-72 hours before scheduled flights. 

Bumble Bee Travel will not assume responsibility for any air or schedule changes. Certain countries require departure taxes that require payment in cash. *Recommended check-in times are subject to change without notification. It is the traveler’s responsibility to stay informed about changes in conditions or airport rules that might require earlier arrival times. This information can be found when entering your confirmation number on the airline's website.

Travel Protection/Insurance: Travel protection and insurance are strongly recommended to protect your investment. Unless specifically noted, travel insurance is not included in the cost of the client’s itinerary. Information about travel insurance will be provided to you within a reasonable time frame after deposit, based on trip cost and components.

Special Requests: If you have specific requests, such as dietary preferences or special occasions like honeymoons, kindly inform us in writing at the time of booking. Please note that while we will do our utmost to accommodate your requests, we cannot guarantee their fulfillment unless we provide you with explicit confirmation. Please be aware that the inclusion of a special request on your confirmation invoice or any other documentation does not constitute confirmation of its fulfillment, and such requests do not constitute a binding part of the agreement between you and us.

If you or any member of your group has a medical condition or disability that might impact your holiday, please inform us before confirming your booking so that we can assess the suitability of your chosen arrangements. In any case, it is essential to provide us with comprehensive written details of any such condition or disability at the time of booking.

Force Majeure: "Force Majeure" refers to any unforeseeable event that neither we nor our service provider(s) could have anticipated or prevented, despite exercising all reasonable care. This encompasses events such as war or the threat of war, terrorist activities or the threat thereof, civil unrest or disturbances, nuclear disasters, adverse weather conditions, border closures, technical malfunctions with machinery, transportation, or equipment, health hazards, epidemics, and all other circumstances and uncontrollable natural disasters. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in these Booking Conditions, we sincerely regret that we cannot assume liability or provide compensation in cases where the execution or timely execution of our obligations under our contract with you is hindered or you incur any damage or loss due to Force Majeure.

Additional Disclosure: Bumble Bee Travel is not the source or supplier of the travel services requested and acts solely as a booking agent for disclosed principal supplier cruise lines, hotels, airlines, ground transportation, and other companies providing accommodations, transportation, and/or other services. 

Each of these suppliers is an independent entity with its own management and is not subject to the control of Bumble Bee Travel. Bumble Bee Travel shall not be liable for any accident, injury, property damage, or personal loss to the client or those traveling with the client in connection with any travel services we have booked, including but not limited to acts of God, weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of governments or other authorities, wars, civil disturbances, riots, strikes, epidemics, acts of terrorism, breakdown in equipment, theft, delay, fuel increases, or cancellation or change in intermarry or schedules. 

By availing of our services, you acknowledge and accept that there are cancellation policies, change fees, and penalties that apply to my travel plans and services as set by travel suppliers. If for any reason my credit card charges are later declined, reversed, or Bumble Bee Travel is unable to receive payment for the travel plans and services, I acknowledge that this is a binding contract, and Bumble Bee Travel will be entitled to recovery, including reasonable attorneys’ fees in connection with collection.

Governing Laws: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
