How personal data is collected, used, and protected

1. Personal Data Collected


The Company collects personal data provided by the Customer and Traveller, which may include:

  • Full name, date of birth, and identification or passport details
  • Contact details, including phone number and email address
  • Passport, visa, and travel document information
  • Dietary, medical, or accessibility requirements relevant to travel arrangements
  • Payment and billing information
  • Company name and designation, for corporate Bookings

2. Source of Personal Data


Personal data is collected directly from the Customer, or from a Traveller through the Customer, at the time of enquiry or Booking. Where personal data of a Traveller is submitted by the Customer, the Customer confirms that consent has been obtained from the Traveller for that data to be shared with the Company.

3. Purpose of Processing


Personal data is processed for the purpose of:

  • Arranging, confirming, and delivering flights, accommodation, tours, and related travel services
  • Communicating Booking updates, itinerary changes, and travel advisories
  • Processing payments and issuing invoices or receipts
  • Complying with visa, immigration, insurance, or airline documentation requirements
  • Responding to enquiries and providing customer support

4. Disclosure of Personal Data


Personal data is disclosed only to third parties directly involved in fulfilling a Booking, including airlines, hotels, tour operators, transport providers, insurance providers, and relevant government or immigration authorities. Personal data is not sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes without the consent of the Customer or Traveller.

5. Cross-Border Transfer


As Bookings may involve travel outside Malaysia, personal data may be transferred to suppliers or authorities located outside Malaysia where necessary to fulfil the Booking.

6. Data Retention


Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, or as required under applicable law, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.

7. Security


The Company applies reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal data against loss, misuse, or unauthorised access.

8. Obligatory Nature of Data


Providing the personal data listed in Clause 1 is required for the Company to process a Booking. Where the requested personal data is not provided, the Company may be unable to proceed with the Booking.

9. Access and Correction


The Customer or Traveller may request access to, or correction of, personal data held by the Company by submitting a written request to the contact details in Clause 10. The Company responds to such requests within a reasonable period, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
